”The Tolomeo and I met for the first time in my father's office. As a child, I used to switch the light on and off if he was ever working late so that I could attract his attention.

My first Tolomeo was given to me by my father many years later, after I had moved into my own apartment. The lamp has been my daily companion ever since, as I use it every evening as a reading light next to the bed.

I still love how it works today. And its design: It is very simple and versatile, and at the same time it has a very special shape that is instantly eye-catching.”
